Here is one post from that site: I am in MS I need help my hubby and I just went through 6 months with no lights water or sewage we are not waiting on a grant or insurance because we were renters I am disabled and can't take it anymore we purchased a used mobile home but cannot afford repars or elevating with hurricane season around the corner this is not good. The state of MS is not helping renters which I cannot understand.
